Tim has been in Vocational Rehabilitation since 2009 when he joined Unique Options.  Today he serves as the Area Director of Vocational Services for NeuroRestorative, working to strengthen and grow their full continuum of vocational programming at Cassell & Associates and Unique Options.  He has an extensive background in government relations having served in various roles of government for over 12 years including time as Vice President of the Roseville Housing Commission and as a City Councilman.  Tim is actively involved in advocating for the protection of Michigan Auto No-Fault and improving the lives of those living with a brain injury.  He has served on the Michigan Brain Injury Provider Council (MBIPC) Board of Directors for the past three years where he has served as Vice President and currently as President.  He has also been a member of the MBIPC Government Relations Committee for over five years.


Pearl M. Wright, MA, OTR/L, LPC (

Program Director ABI Services

Licensed Occupational Therapist and Vocational Counselor with extensive experience working with the traumatically brain injured population. Provided Occupational Therapy services within the school districts Special Needs Department to the Autistic population. Also, worked as the director of a work hardening program, supervised a home care agency, and has many years of experience working in sheltered workshop settings, ensuring client success and maintaining quality control.


Kimberly L. Goodwin, BSN, MRC, CRRN, CRC, LPC ( 

Clinical Director

Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 38 years of experience in medical rehabilitation, specializing in the areas of Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury. Experienced in program development and administration, staff education and training, behavioral counseling/management, medical and vocational case management.


Jeff Archambault, MA, Psy.S, LLP (


Limited Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of counseling experience. Extensive professional experience working with individuals with oppositional defiant disorders and other behavioral issues. Have worked closely with traumatic brain injury clients, families, guardians, case managers and other treatment professionals to meet individualized treatment goals.

Production Manager

United States Air Force Veteran with training in Warehouse Management/Operations and Quality Coordination. Graduate of Northwood University with a degree in Business Administration with over 20 years of experience.

Supervisor of Vocational Activities

30 years of hands on experience in many vocational rehabilitation provider settings. Extensive experience completing vocational evaluations, work readiness training, and on the job training.
